All pieces need to be for sale.
Specific Information
Media: All media--Basketry, Ceramics, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Wood and Mixed Media
Entry fee contributed by NWDC as a benefit of membership
Commission 35 percent to Gallery at the Park, 5 Percent to NWDC, and 60 percent to the artist
At least one piece of art meeting the criteria will be accepted.
Artist must submit two (2) and can submit three (3) artwork(s).
Artwork not previously shown at Gallery at the Park or on NWDC Online and was made in 2020 or later is permitted
Gallery at the Park will facilitate the sale.
Work must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition. With entry of artwork, artist agrees to not withdraw the entry or sell the piece outside the exhibition prior to the closing date.
Artist is responsible for any damage to their artwork from shipping or delivery to the gallery through shipping from or pick up from the gallery.
Artist name, artwork title, date, dimensions, materials, retail price and photo credit submitted on entry form.
Artists must complete a Featured Artist Contract and include same with the art.
Artist agrees to promote the exhibition via email, social media, websites, and so forth.
Artist agrees to not sell the accepted piece(s) through the entire time of the exhibition.
Artist agrees to make necessary arrangements with gallery representation if needed; any funds expected by galleries must come from the artist’s 60% share.
Artist agrees to delivery of artwork to the Gallery at the Park by March 28, 2025, and pick up unsold work by May 2, 2026.
Shipped art must include a postage paid return label
Gallery Open times: Closed Monday, Tuesday-Thursday 12-5PM, Friday and Saturday, 10AM-5PM, Sunday 1-5PM
